How to setup the a pair of portals for usage?

From your portals folder, simply rez an entrance and an exit portal to the ground. You are now able to read in your chat something like:
Caaruzo’s Portals (exit): Your portals are ready.

This indicates, that everything is ok and the both portals are connected. Move and rotate them until you placed them wherever you want. They just need to stay on the same sim.

How to stop the animation or change the teleport-sound?

Click and hold the portal for at least 2 seconds. Then release and you’ll get a menu popup. There you can turn on / off the animation. You also can change or turn off the teleport-sound there.

How to add own sounds?

Simply drag and drop a sound from your inventory onto the desired portal. The sound will automatically added to the sound menu.

I don’t want experience, what’s a classic teleport?

To teleport without experience, simply rightclick and select teleport onto the desired portal.

How to use experience teleport?

At first, you need to add *Caaruzo’s* – Experience to your Sim / Land or Parcell. To do so, click the “about land” and navigate to the tab called “eperience“.

As next step, click on “Add” and search for “caaruzo”.
Select “*Caaruzo’s* – Experience” from the list and hit “OK”. Now your land is prepared to use our experience.

If someone now simply walk trough the portal, he gets a dialogue, asking if he want to grant permissions to the experience. After accepting with hitting “yes” he can always walk trough and gets teleported directly to the destination.

Can i extract the script and use in another prim?

Unfortionally you can’t. Thats an restriction of secondlife itself. If you extract an experience enabled script from an prim, the experience is getting removed from it. This was made to prevent people from doing bad things with others experiences.

Alternatively you can edit the prim to be invisible and place it infront of another prim, like your design portal or door.
